Stop Thief - Elizabeth Cross missing

Stolen in the postal system (the envelope was delivered, contents removed) an Elizabeth Cross engraved Captain G. Shaw Ulster Defence Regiment. His widow was returning it as the Captain had been promoted to Major shortly before his death and the rank was incorrect.
